About Constantine

Located in northeast Algeria, Constantine is the 3rd largest city in the country, after Oran. The city is thought to have been established by Greek colonists and the Numidians in 203 B.C. Its name comes from the old Roman Emperor Constantine. The city’s oil resources have provided Constantine economic empowerment in terms of trade.
