The city center is located 5 km south of Djibouti-Ambouli International Airport. It is possible to reach the city center in a short time. Travelling to the city center by taxi costs about 1800-2000 Djibouti Franc. From 09:00 pm to 06:00 am, the taxi fares increase by at least 50%.
